Confidentiality. All records relating to an employee’s drug and alcohol test
results will be kept confidential and maintained separately from the
individual’s personnel file.
Consequences of a Positive Test. Employees who test positive will be subject
to discipline, up to and including immediate termination of employment. Job
applicants who test positive will have their conditional job offers withdrawn.
Consequences for Refusing to Submit to Testing or Failing to Complete the
Test. Employees who refuse to submit to testing as required by Molzen Corbin
or who fail to complete the test will be subject to discipline, up to and including
immediate termination of employment. Job applicants who refuse to submit to
drug and alcohol testing will be deemed to have withdrawn themselves from
the application process and will no longer be considered for employment.
Administration. If you have any questions regarding this procedure or if you
have questions about drug testing in the workplace that are not addressed
herein, please contact the Human Resources Department. Molzen Corbin
expressly reserves the right to change, modify or delete the provisions of this
Drug Testing Procedure without notice.
H. WORKPLACE VIOLENCE
To help prevent incidents of violence from occurring, Molzen Corbin is
implementing this policy on workplace violence. It is the policy of Molzen Corbin
to expressly prohibit any acts or threats of violence by an employee or former
employee against any other employee in or about its facilities or elsewhere at any
time. Molzen Corbin will not condone any acts or threats of violence against its
employees, contractors, customers, vendors, former employees or visitors at any time
or while they are engaged in business with or on behalf of Molzen Corbin.
In keeping with the spirit and intent of this policy, Molzen Corbin will aspire to:
1. Provide a safe and healthful work environment, in accordance with Molzen
Corbin’s policy on safety and health.
2. Take prompt remedial action up to and including immediate termination
against any employee who engages in any threatening behavior or acts of
violence or who uses any obscene, abusive, or threatening language or gestures.
3. Take appropriate action when dealing with contractors, customers, vendors,
former employees, or visitors to Molzen Corbin’s facilities who engage in such
behavior. Such action may include notifying the police or other law
