enforcement personnel and prosecuting violators of this policy to the maximum
extent of the law.
4. Prohibit employees, contractors, customers, vendors, former employees, and
visitors from bringing firearms or other weapons onto Molzen Corbin’s
premises.
If you should become aware of any potentially dangerous situation, it must be
reported immediately to an Officer. Reports can be made anonymously, and all
reported incidents will be investigated. All reports of work-related incidents will be
kept confidential, and information will be disclosed to others only on a need-to-know
basis. All persons who know of a potentially dangerous situation or are involved in
such a situation are expected to report and participate in an investigation of any
suspected or actual cases of workplace violence. Should you at any time confront or
encounter a potentially violent individual, do not attempt to challenge or disarm the
individual.
I. INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS & SEARCHES
It is the policy of Molzen Corbin, when deemed by management to be necessary to
protect the health and safety of Company personnel, for authorized persons to search
and inspect both Company property and personal items, including vehicles, brought
onto Company property. An employee’s refusal to cooperate in a search, including
inspection or investigation will result in disciplinary action up to and including
possible termination. Employees shall have no expectation of privacy with regard to
property of Molzen Corbin or personal belongings brought onto the Company’s
property.
Unannounced Searches. Employees should be advised that, for health and safety
reasons, Molzen Corbin may conduct an unannounced search of Company property
and/or any personal property brought onto Molzen Corbin property by the employee,
including: pockets, purses, wallets, briefcases, vehicles, shopping bags/boxes.
