               Check with Starla, They may waive the permitting fees for CBDRG.
               Minimium fee is usually $50.00 Here is a link of fee schedules.

               1. New Residential construction Permit Application for new construction or additions
               2. General permit application for any repairs or remodels
               3. Any exterior work done must be inspected by an engineer on the list provided. (windows,
               doors, siding roofs)

               All new contractors must register with the city. Whomever registers as the contractor must have
               the City listed as the certificate holder on their insurance.
