Building Permit Fee Schedule

Standardized building valuation: The valuation to be used in computing building permit fees shall be the
total value of all construction work including gas, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other systems,
including appurtenances and site improvements. The valuation of building, alteration, or structure used in
computing building permit fees shall be based on and at least equivalent to 80% of the latest standardized
valuation data as published by the International Code Council Building Safety Journal. Fees are outlined
as follows: This does not include the Technology Fee.
