Per Mattie, If the residence is less then 50% damaged then permits are not required. If
greater, permits are required. Permits are only available by appointment with Mattie, call and
she will walk thru what is required. Permits are issued quickly. There are fee in value of the
construction
If power is off, and no permit is required, then call Mattie and she will contact power company.
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
A permit fee will be determined by the total value of construction (TVC)
Less than $1,000 $25.00
$1,000 up to $50,000 $25.00 for the first $1,000 plus $5 for each additional $1,000.
$ 50,000 T O $ 100,000 $270.00 for first $50,000 plus $4 for each additional $1,000.
