Town Hall is located at 201 N. 7th Street (the old Fulton Fire Station).
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. Closed from noon to 1pm for lunch.
Permits are needed on all construction- New build or repair.
Permits are $25.00
New builds Permits are $25.00 plus $6 per $1,000 for valuation $1,000 to $50,000
$300.00 plus $5 per $1,000 for valuation $50,000 to $100,000
Per Texas State Law, all Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC must be done by a licensed contractor
$75 Demolition fee
