Need approval before you build anything.
Architectural Control Committee must review and approve any plans for any changes, additions,
building or rebuilding on your property.

See attached construction checklist and list of Architectural Control committee members.
When completed, take the paperwork to one of the members of the ACC listed on the
Information Sheet. Once submitted they will try to approve in a timely manner.
