Spring is just around the corner and so are our capital projects.
As always, we write these updates in the Life at The Greens magazine before the events

actually happen; so please bear with me, as I attempt to give you information that is in discussion or planned
but may change due to unforeseen events.

In 2018 we will continue with our Driveway project and converting mailboxes to accommodate handicapped

homeowners as well as other projects. Homeowners who are in need, should write a letter to the Special Needs
Committee and bring or fax ( 631-421-5782 ) your request to the HOA offi ce for review by the Committee.
The HOA Board elections are scheduled on June 4, 2018. Those willing to run for a board seat must submit

their resumes by 12PM (noon) on April 2, 2018. You should have or will receive all the information regarding
this process in the mail. Meet the candidates’ night is scheduled for Monday, April 30 at 6PM.

The Greens Website is up and running, all HOA documents and information are easy to view as well as other
information. A recent article dealing with FRAUD (for example: fake phone calls from the IRS, or phone calls
asking you to say “Yes” in order to scam you into a contract) is on the website.

(upper case) R followed by your unit number ( e.g. - R1120 )… and then your Password – if you haven’t already

changed your temporary password, it is your last name in small ( e.g. - trump ) letters. You can change your
password at any time.

The HOA Board continues to be pro–active on improving the infrastructure within the community. Although

we are preparing for the end of the Winter season, we will also work on preparing for the projected improve-
ments for 2018. We will inform the community of these projects in the 2018 Summer issue of the Life at The
Greens magazine and the HOA website.
