Property Manager’s Report
“Summertime is always the best of what might be.”
~Charles Bowden~
I would like to congratulate Harry Koenig, Bob Resch and Steve Swersk on their
election to the Board. I am looking forward to working with all Board members to con-
tinue making the necessary improvements for our community!
As previously advised by the Board, the following projects are in full swing:
• The driveway program has commenced. Please note, Homeowners will be contacted
with scheduled dates.
We ask that you cooperate with our staff when asked to move cars off of your driveways.
• Road seal coating is scheduled for this year. Notices will be sent out to homeowners in the affected areas.
• 24 Mailboxes have been completed. The remaining balance will be completed in 2019.
• Tree pruning will begin in June and continue throughout the season.
The landscaping season is well on its way and due to the late start of Spring some of our scheduled projects
have been delayed. As previously advised, the following scheduled work described will not be deviated from
and is subject to weather.
Lawn Application Weeds and Bed Edging:
• The next applications are scheduled for June then again in late July/early August. An email notice will be
sent out to all Homeowners with exact dates.
Mowing/Seeding:
• Weather permitting all areas will be mowed every Thursday and Friday, if rain occurs during mowing days
Saturdays will be an alternate.
• Spot grass seeding and sod will be performed as needed in late June, then again in September/October.
Shrub Pruning:
• Pruning will commence in June and will continue throughout July. The second pruning will commence in
September and continue throughout October.
Tree Pruning:
• Tree pruning will be performed throughout the entire community. This work will commence in June and
will continue through October.
• Tree spraying which commenced in April will continue throughout the summer months.
I would also like to take this opportunity to remind all Homeowners of the following:
As stipulated in the House Rules, all trash must be placed in garbage containers with lids and placed at the
curb no earlier than 7:00 PM on the evening preceding the day of pick-up. (see House Rules # 3 on page 9).
Safety Tips; If you going out for a run/walk make sure you are running/walking against traffi c (so you can see
cars coming at you) and ride your bicycle with traffi c if you are a cyclist. Bright clothing should be worn.
On my behalf as well as, Don Einsidler, Einsidler Management and The HOA Staff, we wish you
all an amazing Summer!
