MEDICAID PROGRAMS
Genesis may not conduct business with or
employ any individual or organization that
has been excluded from participation in
the Medicare or Medicaid programs (See
Background Screening/Excluded Individuals
policy)

government-sponsored websites that
list individuals and organizations that
have been designated as “excluded
providers.”
BOOKS AND RECORDS
MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS
• Books and records include but are
not limited to patient charts, medical
records, clinical logs, clinical reports,
financial reports, accounting records,
research reports, expense reports, time
sheets and any other documents that
might reflect Genesis’ business.
• Record all entries in Genesis’ books
and records accurately and in a timely
manner.
