The lack of immediate competitors allows for a tremendous growth opportunity and temporary monopolistic advantage if competitors are to enter the market.
However, GivingPoint is heavily invested in their social entrepreneurship program (the company's vision), and the attention they dedicate to this aspect of their operations is incongruent with their position in the market. Several other competing nonprofit organizations are engaged in similar initiatives both in the Atlanta area and nationally. Moreover, they are advancing at a faster pace in this regard, without the benefit of our client’s competitive advantage.
