TOUGH STANCE ON ASB






                                                              A three month Closure Order has been

        Phyllis Scotney has been recognised for

        Award, Phyllis has dedicated her life in service to
        improving her neighbourhood and championing the
        views of tenants. And at 89 years old is still serving
        her community.


        Phyllis began championing the views of tenants at
        Boston Mayflower in 1999. Through the formation
        of LHP, Phyllis is already preparing for the future,
        looking at new ways of working and imparting
