Management System, Microsoft Office 365, Photocopying, Telephone calls,

Texting Service, Licences, Newsletters, the subsidising of buses and events and

more importantly the provision of a full-time nurse on site.

School €25 in respect of mandatory School Journal, Student Card and Locker rental are

additional.
Payments The COVID-19 pandemic has renewed our focus on public health and hygiene. We

are more mindful of everything we touch on a daily basis and how easily viruses can
spread. In St. Leo’s College we are taking action to reduce risk factors and have

decided to move entirely to cashless and contactless payments.

Payments can be made online via VSware, using the same details issued to access
students’ subject options and term reports. This system allows payments to be made

at a time that suits, either in full or by instalments, to print receipts and to check
balances. The convenience of this system has huge benefits for the payer as it

eliminates the risk of students bringing cash/cheques with them to school and a

receipt is issued immediately. If you would prefer you may telephone the office and
staff will be happy to take your payment over the phone.

As September is such an expensive time for families we are requesting that school charges

are paid fully, in advance of the beginning of the academic year.
