Further to our meeting this week, I am happy to con 

firm our targets-based bonus scheme  

which, as I explained, recognises both business and 

 individual performance. As discussed, the  

targets set will focus on the following 3 Key Perfo 

rmance Indicators:

Generate  an  additional  revenue  of  £120,000  at  Fox  @ 

  Excel  and  £100,000  at  

Connaught House Hotel in the 12 months and monitor  

progress as follows:
