                    First Offense:  1 year white-balled, 90 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, & follow-up review
                    with the 24 Elders. (*Subject to change depending on the reasons for the
                    violation.)


                    Second Offense:  Disfellowship from the Tribe.


                90. Child Abuse: Words or overt actions that cause harm, potential harm, or threat of
                    harm to a child. Acts of commission are deliberate and intentional; however, harm
