Third Offense:

(e) Child on Child aggression: 30 days white-balled from all activities &
events, & follow-up review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to change based on
the level of violation.)

(f) Adult on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.
(Subject to change based on the level of violation.)

Fourth Offense:

(g) Child on Child aggression: Temporary disfellowship/expulsion from the
Tribe if it is confirmed that a child has continued bullying or coercing
another child causing them fear or to act in a way that the child would not
normally act.(Subject to change based on the level of violation.)
