97. JUSTICES – Fighting & Bullying (Expulsion of a child from the Tribe is
always to be considered as “extreme action” and only used as a last resort.)

First Offense: Instruction and guidance using paa Laraq Paa Ṫaraq “The
Way” and/or haqaqtal haqaqaat Haqaqtal Haqaqaat “Actual Facts”,
plus...

(a) Child on Child aggression: 27 hrs in the “Bee Hive” & follow-up review
with the 24 Elders. (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)

(b) Adult on Child aggression: 90 days white-balled from all activities &
events, & follow-up review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to change based on
the level of violation.)

Second Offense:

(c) Child on Child aggression: 54 hrs in the “Bee Hive” follow-up review
with the 24 Elders. (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)

(d) Adult on Child aggression: 180 days white-balled from all activities &
events, & follow-up review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to change based on
the level of violation.)

Third Offense:

(e) Child on Child aggression: 30 days white-balled from all activities &
events, & follow-up review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to change based on
the level of violation.)

(f) Adult on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.
(Subject to change based on the level of violation.)

Fourth Offense:

(g) Child on Child aggression: Temporary disfellowship/expulsion from the
