19. JUSTICE – Bullying (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)

First Offense: 3–18 months white–balled from activities and events & fine of
$200.00 to $500.00 & follow–up review with the 24 Elders; also, medical expense
compensation for the victim if it applies.

**if the abuse is to an elder: first offense is 1 year confinement & a
$500. 00 fine & compensation (if it applies).

Second Offense: 6 months to 2 years white–balled from activities and events, 63
hrs in the “Bee Hive”, a fine of $500.00 to $1,000.00, & follow–up review with
the 24 Elders; also, medical expense compensation for the victim if it applies.

**if the abuse is to an elder: second offense is 18 months to 2 years

confinement & a $1000. 00 fine & compensation (if it applies).

Third Offense: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.
