                22. JUSTICES – Fighting (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)


                    First Offense:  90 days white-balled from activities and events to 1 year of

                    confinement & fine of $200.00 to $1,000.00 (depending on severity of the
                    violation); (Compensation subject to review.); follow-up review with the 24
                    Elders.



                           **if the abuse is to an elder:  first offense is 1year confinement & a
                           $500.00 fine. (Compensation subject to review.)


                    Second Offense: 18 months to 2 years confinement, a fine of $500.00 to
                    $1,500.00 (depending on severity of the violation); (Compensation subject to

                    review.); follow-up review with the 24 Elders.
