a). Aggravated Robbery: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned
to the owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, minimum
2 years confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $3,000.00; follow-up review

b). Armed Robbery: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the
owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, minimum 2

years confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $3,000.00; follow-up review with
the 24 Elders.

c). Highway Robbery: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to

the owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, minimum 2
years confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $3,000.00; follow-up review with
the 24 Elders.

d). Carjacking: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the
owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, minimum 2
years confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $3,000.00; follow-up review with
the 24 Elders.

Second Offense:

a). Aggravated Robbery: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned
to the owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, 1–10

years confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $5,000.00; follow-up review with
the 24 Elders.

b). Armed Robbery: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the

owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, 1–10 years
confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $5,000.00; follow-up review with the 24
Elders.

c). Highway Robbery: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to
