                    their triumphs brought to nothing by the way from that point will their Aaqal
                    Ȧaqal “Mind” retrace each moment of their hayah Hayah “Life” and judge
                    self all Fakar-aat “Thoughts” and madat-aat Madat-aat “Words” and
                    actions will bear witness as each moment of their hayah Hayah “Life” is
                    revealed; there is still time left while alive to avoid this qadar Qadar “Fate”.

                41. JUSTICES – Theft  (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)


                    First Offense:



                       a).  Grand Theft: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the
                       owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, minimum 2

                       years confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $3,000.00; follow-up review with
                                                                           st
                       the 24 Elders. (see – Larceny 999.1.5–29a – 1  Offense)

                       b). Petty Theft: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the
                       owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item & 63 hrs in

                       the “Bee Hive”.
