Second Offense:
a). Grand Theft: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the
owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, 1–10 years
confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $5,000.00; follow-up review with the 24
Elders. (see – Larceny 999.1.5–29a – 2 Offense)

b). Petty Theft: 30 days white–balled from activities and events, 63 hrs in the
“Bee Hive”, a fine of $200.00 plus compensation for victim – item/s must
be returned to the owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the
item/s, & follow–up review with the 24 Elders.
c). Identity Theft: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the
owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, 1–10 years
confinement, & a fine of $1,000.00 to $5,000.00; follow-up review with the 24

Third Offense: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.
