                37. JUSTICES – Trespass & Burglary (Subject to change based on the level of

                    violation.)


                    First Offense:


                       a). Trespass: Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the owner
                       or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item (if it applies) & 6 months

                       to 1 year confinement, a fine of $1000.00; follow–up review with the 24
                       Elders.
