                26. GUIDELINES – Kidnapping

                    “11. You have a right to protect your own lives from the wicked.  And your own
                    family and tribe from outsiders who would do you harm; yet if you can avoid
                    hurting or killing them than it is better to act this way.  18. The evil among you
                    will seek to bring the worst out of you by what you have learned living with the

                    human beast, who has no respect for others, nor their own kind.  19. You have the
                    right to protect yourself from harm and your family and your tribe from harm or
                    killings of Nuwaupians.  20. Nuwaupians fear no one or no thing.  22. (in part)
                    Fear none working evil acts or actions...  24. Fear no one and nothing for your

                    ancestors look over you if you will only greet them with respect.  Speak with
                    them.  27. Know that the eyes and ears of our overseers Paa Nadjaru are always
                    with you to protect and guide you.”

                    “23. Nuwaupians do not accept the concept of turn the other cheek except to

                    another Nuwaupians.  26. Nuwaupians we defend another Nuwaupian against
                    non-Nuwaupians.  29. Nuwaupians know that many Negroids have sold their
                    souls to the cursed seeds of Heka Khasutu or other races and will betray you, turn
                    on you, hurt you or even kill you to prove they love other races over their own.

                27. JUSTICES – Kidnapping (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)



                    First Offense:   3-5 years confinement, fine of $1000.00 to $5000.00, and
                    $5000.00 compensation to victim or victim's family.


                    Second Offense:  Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.
