72. JUSTICES – Substance Abuse (Subject to change based on the level of

**Anyone found to be ADDICTED to any type of drug or “controlled
substance” will not be allowed amongst the tribe unless they can prove
successful completion of a rehabilitation program and the problem no
longer exists.
