Second Offense:
d) Smoking: 60 days to 360 days white-balled from activities and subject a
monetary & follow-up review with the 24 Elders.
*if incident found to have taken place on Tribal lands or property: 90
days to 18 months white-balled from activities and events & subject to a
monetary & follow-up review with the 24 Elders.
e) Alcohol: 180 days to 18 months white-balled or dismissal from the tribe
depending on severity of violation, subject to a monetary fine & follow-up
review with the 24 Elders.
*if incident found to have taken place on Tribal lands or property: 18
months to 3 years white-balled or dismissal from the tribe depending on
severity of violation, subject to a monetary fine & follow-up review with
the 24 Elders.
f) Drugs: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the tribe.
