• Describing and analysing the issue: (a) state clearly what racial, diversity and safety issues are relevant to consider for using the school; (b) analyse the issues in relation to any underpinning theories/concepts to argue for/against using the school; (c) cite relevant literatures and evidence to back up each character’s viewpoint.
• Describing and justifying the action ahead: discuss how to write a letter to help students, parents and communities understand the situation: describe the reasons and strategies of an action plan that is fair and justifiable drawing on relevant research studies and/or literatures.
