               What do you feed your mind the first thing in
               the morning?  Is it inspiring?  Is it the news?
               Which should you choose?

               Are there certain behaviors that you know do
               not empower you?  Now would be a great time
               to change that behavior.

               What  different  actions  will  you  commit  to
               doing to replace disempowering ones?

               Who can you identify that would be a coach to
               hold you accountable?

               Who  sets  a  great  example  of  a  person  you
               admire for behaviors you want to adopt?

               Write out the responses.  Make a commitment.
