7-7. Media Relations
Only employees who are authorized or required to give statements to the media as a result of their job duties, may provide any statement regarding Erbe to the media. The following is a list of those authorized personnel and responsibilities by position title:
Erbe USA, Incorporated
For legal and regulatory issues:
 President & CEO
 Vice-President of Finance & Operations
For employment-related matters
 Director of Human Resources
For all media, trade journal and other publications:  Vice-President of Marketing
Erbe GmbH
 Owner & CEO
7-8. Social Media
All rules regarding confidentiality and proprietary information employees receive from or learn as a result of employment with Erbe apply to the employee’s social media use.
Further, anything that may be understood by a reader to be an opinion or position of Erbe should not be posted unless authorized to post such content.
Employees understand that they are prohibited from posting content disparaging (or perceived to be disparaging) to the company, its officers, management, or employees. Erbe will protect its reputation against such disparagement to the fullest extent possible by law.
