Division II Cross Country Championship. The ballot shall consist of the following:
a. Regional Coaches of the Year
b. Coaches of the top-four team finishers at the NJCAA Division II Cross Country Championship
c. Write-in candidates
4. NJCAA Division II Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year (Men/Women) – Awarded to top finisher at the NJCAA
Division II Cross Country Championship with an individual GPA of 3.4 or better for the fall semester.
5. Runners finishing 16 through 25 place at the NJCAA Division II Cross Country Championship shall be presented an All-

American certificate. Certificate to be presented off-site.
6. Scholar All-America Certificates (Men/Women) – Student-athletes with an individual GPA of 3.4 or better, full-time
students (NJCAA exemption) during semester of competition and are on team roster for regional or national competition
are eligible.
7. Scholar All-America Team of the Year Certificates (Men/Women) – Team average GPA of 3.2 or better (5 individual
GPA’s minimum). Individual team member certificates with GPA between 3.39-2.75 that contributes to team average
GPA.
8. NJCAA Division II Cross Country/Track Program of the Year (Men/Women) – Awarded annually at the conclusion of the
outdoor track & field season. Each program receives points (first place = 1 point, second place = 2 points, etc.) based on
their finish at each of the three NJCAA championships (cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field).
Award shall be presented to the program with fewest total points.
*Awards to be ordered and paid by the Coaches Association.

Men’s & Women’s Cross Country – Division III

NJCAA Division III Men’s Cross Country Championship Awards
1. Awards shall be given to the first, second, and third place teams.
2. Each individual runner on the first-place team shall receive an NJCAA gold medal. There shall be seven (7) medals.
3. Each individual runner on the second-place team shall receive an NJCAA silver medal. There shall be seven (7) medals.
4. Gold, silver, and bronze medals shall be presented to the first, second and third place finishers, respectively.
5. Champion Award shall be presented.
6. Coach of the Champion Award shall be presented.

7. Runners finishing 4 through 15 place shall be presented medals in recognition of their finish. The top-15 runners will be
