7. Coach of the Tournament Award shall be presented to the coach of the first-place team by the Rotary Club. If the coach of
the winning team displays conduct in violation of the NJCAA Code of Conduct (including a game ejection), the award will
be presented to the coach of the second-place team. Coach of the Tournament Award will not be awarded below the first
or second-place level. Award to be ordered and paid by the tournament host.
8. Selection of a 12-player All-Tournament Team shall be made. Each player on the All-Tournament Team shall be
presented a medal. The Most Valuable Player is not part of the All-Tournament Team.
NJCAA Men’s Basketball Coaches Association Awards

1. Sixteen (16) NJCAA Division I Men’s Basketball District Coach of the Year Awards. Awards to be ordered by the NJCAA
National Office and billed to the Coaches Association.
2. NJCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Player of the Year Award. Recipient must be a First Team All-American. Award shall
be selected by the NJCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Committee during the All-American selection process. Award to be
ordered by the Coaches Association.
3. NJCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Coach of the Year Award. Award shall be selected by the NJCAA Division I Men’s
Basketball Committee during the All-American selection process. Award to be ordered by the Coaches Association.

Men’s Basketball – Division II
NJCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Championship Awards
1. Awards shall be given to the first and second place teams.
2. Each individual player on the first-place team shall receive an NJCAA gold medal. There shall be 20 medals.
3. Each individual player on the second-place team shall receive an NJCAA silver medal. There shall be 20 medals.
4. Pin Ryan Most Valuable Player Award shall be presented. Award recipient shall receive a plaque.
5. Fred Pohlman Sportsmanship Award shall be presented to the individual demonstrating the best sportsmanship.
6. Jack Cistriano Best Small Man Award shall be presented.
7. Coach of the Tournament Award shall be presented.

Tournament Team.
