Innocence of Kashmir…………

Trip to Kashmir was rejuvenating. Stayed in Houseboat,

enjoyed Sikara ride and visited several places.

We met a good natured shawl vendor in Gulmarg. He travelled

daily 20km aside to retail-sell shawls. We purchased one
without bargaining. Impressed, he gifted us black horse
“Horseshoe” considered auspicious.

We captured his photo digitally and showed on screen.
Astonished; he knows only age-old negative-positive concept

and could never ever think of small chip storing thousands of
photos that can instantly be viewed.

Ignorance and being unaware of new world order makes him
think that something is still everything; whereas now
everything is becoming something.
