Staying Healthy With

Medical Coverage

Nothing is more important than your health. That is
why Turnberry offers a Cigna medical plan to help you
and your family members live healthier lives.

CIGNA Open Access Plus: You will be responsible for
an annual, co-insurance, and co-payments for services
provided. This plan gives you the option of using in-
network and/or out-of-network providers when you
need care.

Provider Network Information:

In-Network Care: When you seek medical services
from a CIGNA contracted provider, you receive a
higher level of benefits. This means when you use
a contracted provider, you substantially reduce the
amount you pay out of pocket for medical services.
Contracted providers also take care of filing your claim
directly with CIGNA.

Out-of-Network Care: You may choose to receive
care from a non-contracted provider that is out of
network, however, you will receive a lower level of
benefits. Your benefits are based on the amount that
is considered reasonable and customary and you are
responsible for any amount above what CIGNA pays
(Balance Billing). In some cases, you may have to file
your own claims directly with CIGNA, or you may not
have any coverage at all.

Helpful Tip: When contacting a provider, please make
sure you always use the word “CONTRACTED.” (Please
do not use the word Accept CIGNA otherwise you
may be subject to out of network billing)
