16. ADJUSTING THE FINAL LEVEL BETWEEN NIVELL PLATES – CRITICAL

a. Mount the crossbar between both sides

b. Using the bubble level in the middle of the crossbar proceed to adjust the level between
plates.

c. Assuming our preliminary leveling, using metal shims, was done correctly (Refer to Section 7),
the height difference between plates should be < 5mm
d. If there is the need for adjustment, choose to adjust the high side until their difference is as
close to zero as possible

e. Try to adjust all leveling bolts by equal amounts, Take your time

f. Once both sides are leveled, is time to mount the columns
