12. DRILLING THE REMAINING 16 HOLES – SECONDARY SIDE

a. Mount the Leveling plates and the crossbar to check again on height and levelness.

b. With thee leveling plates and crossbar attached, proceed to drill the remaining 16 holes for the
secondary side following a similar process as in the primary side.

c. At the end of the drilling process, re-check crossbar levelness and position of Nivell plates
again to make sure nothing changed drastically.

13. PERMANENTLY BONDING ANCHORS TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR – SECONDARY SIDE

a. If not already done, remove any existing flooring material before proceeding - (Refer to
Section 9 for details)

b. Remove crossbar and levelling plates (Nivell stays) and prepare to set the anchors - (Refer to
Section 11 for details)
c. Prepare the holes as you did on the primary side.

d. Prepare the adhesive mix according to the instructions
e. Complete all 16 holes and let the adhesive mix cure for at least one hour.

f. After the hour, clean the Nivell plate and hand-tight all 16 bolts.

g. You have completed floor anchoring preparation for the secondary side
