4. Floor Preparation - Make sure the area where the Nivells will be set has previously been scanned
for the exact location of rebar. They need to be properly identified and marked on the floor.

IMPORTANT: Depending on the site requirements and/or restrictions, you may
run into a situation where the room’s final flooring material is already in place
and/or the lines indicating the position of the rebar were marked on an existing
floor. You can still get started with the project. However, keep in mind the

flooring material will have to be removed around the perimeter of the columns
base prior to any permanent anchoring. (See section 9 for details)

5. The intended approach is to anchor one side at the time while constantly checking on positioning
and levelness between sides. Here is the recommended sequence:

a. Position Nivells with proper orientation (Check notch)
b. Set initial height (<5mm difference) – Use shims
c. Identify good holes to drill (No rebar collision)
d. Select primary side (used as reference)
e. Drill and set the anchors in place (primary side)

f. Drill and set anchors on secondary side
g. Set proper height and levelness between Nivells
