“As President of Downtown Sacramento BPW, it is my privilege to
recognize exceptional service of our members.
We have a special member. This special member has attended 5
international congresses. In Helsinki this member was the "official
photographer" of the Congress, giving a disk with about 600 photos
to all attendees.

This member presented a workshop on emergency preparedness at the
Cairo Congress, has attended 2 Latin America and 2 Canadian
Regional Conferences.... Additionally, whatever has been asked has
been done.
It was this member’s mother who brought Bessie to BPW.”
