Our 2024 Woman of Achievement is recognized for her lifetime of
advocacy for all especially for Women and Girls.

She is an attorney, she clerked for the 9 Circuit Court of Appeals,
served as President of the Hispanic Bar Association of DC,
transferred from the Legislative Affairs office of the IRS n DC to the
IRS regional Council’s office in San Francisco.
Her community involvement includes the American Association of
University Women, the Sierra Trailblazers Running Club, Neveda
County Citizens for Choice, California Work and Family Coalition
and Business & Professional Women. She has held leadership
positions in AAUW and BPW and serves as the BPW representative
with the California Work and Family Coalition. She emphasizes her
advocacy on behalf of local Nevada County Organizations.
This member is the Club and District Public Policy Representative
and serves on the California Federation Public Policy Committee.
Downtown Sacramento Club is grateful to have this member
spearhead our advocacy work and we thank her with this
recognition and award.
