Ms. Scott was the first female Public Affairs Manager for the
California Highway Patrol. She also served as the Public
Information Officer for the CA Commission on the Status of
Women. Highest ranking female officer in the CHP.
Caren Daniels-Meade
Ms. Daniels-Meade served the Secretary of State for over 35
years as Media Director, Chief of Elections, Chief of the
Political Reform Division and Assistant Secretary of State for
Communications.
