EMOTIONAL WELLNESS has to do with our feelings, emotions
        and mentality. Examples of emotional wellness include being able
        to see new ways of doing things, facing challenges in a positive
        way, and being patient and respecting yourself. It also includes
        taking  action to  reach your  goals, making  healthy  choices and
        taking responsibility for actions. When we are emotionally and
        mentally stable, we’re able to think more clearly and manage our
        stress in a healthy way.
