Image is Everything: Restorative Dentistry From an Entirely New Perspective
The presentation is clinically based, providing a sound understanding of ceramic materials
such as e.max, Empress and Zirconium in restorative dentistry, and the use of digital impres-
sioning and in-office fabrication techniques in creating restorations. The course will include a
discussion of digitally produced implant restorations and how digital scanning impressioning
technologies fully integrate with 3D cone-beam imaging to plan and deliver prosthetically
driven implant prostheses.

An Overview of Conservative Esthetic Restorations
The course will include discussion on basic esthetic parameters including the use of the
“buccal corridor” technique. Proper preparations for veneers, crowns, inlays and onlays.
Flexible model techniques along with selection of materials for restorations including
selection of luting cements.

The New York State constituent of the Academy of General Dentistry is an approved program
provider. The sponsor’s formal CDE programs are acceptable by the AGD for Fellowship
and Mastership and membership maintenance credit. This course is also acceptable for MCE
Licensing Maintenance. The current term of approval extends from
1/01/15 to 12/31/18. AGD Code #219318.
