The Committee and Council on Nominations met on July 16, 2018. The following is the report from the Council
on Nominations.

The Council confirms that the following individuals qualify to serve as Officers of NCDS for 2019:
Dr. Donald Hills President (Ascending Position)
Dr. Binod Verma President-Elect (Ascending Position)
Dr. Howard Baylarian Vice President (Ascending Position)
Dr. Joseph Brofsky Secretary (Ascending Position)
Dr. David Miller Treasurer (Non-Ascending)

The Council confirms that the following individual qualifies to serve as NYSDA Trustee representing NCDS
beginning July 1, 2019:
Dr. Frank Palmaccio

The Committee and Council on Nominations confirm that the following individuals qualify serve as NYSDA
Delegate-Nominees for 2019:
Dr. Barry Rozenberg Immediate Past President, ex officio
Dr. Donald Hills President, ex officio
Dr. Binod Verma President-Elect, ex officio
Dr. Howard Baylarian Vice President, ex officio
Dr. Sanford Klein
Dr. Stephen Akseizer
Dr. Robert Peskin
Dr. Eugene Porcelli
Dr. Fabiola Milord
Dr. James Fitzgerald
Dr. Robert Trager

The Committee and Council on Nominations confirm that the following individuals qualify to serve as NYSDA
Alternate Delegate-Nominees for 2019:
Dr. David Miller Treasurer, ex officio
Dr. Joseph Brofsky Secretary, ex officio
Dr. Katayoon Noroozi-Leibowitz
Dr. Albert Granger

The Council confirms that the following two individuals qualify to serve as ADA Delegate
(one position available; term expiring December 31, 2021):*
Dr. Michael Shreck
Dr. Fabiola Milord

The following two individuals will complete their remaining terms:
Dr. Frank Palmaccio Term expires December 31, 2020*
Dr. Eugene Porcelli Term expires December 31, 2019

*Note: At the November 5, 2018 General Membership and Elections meeting, there will be a vote. The top vote-getter
becomes the ADA Delegate with a term expiring 2021 and the person who comes in second place fills the remaining term
expiring 2020 provided that Dr. Frank Palmaccio is elected Trustee.
