The Council confirms that the following three individuals qualify to serve as third ADA Alternate Delegate
(one position available):*
Dr. David Miller
Dr. Robert Peskin
Dr. Katayoon Noroozi-Leibowitz

*Note: At the November 5, 2018 General Membership and Elections meeting, there will be a vote. The top vote-getter
becomes the 3 ADA Alternate Delegate.

Dr. Binod Verma is the first Alternate Delegate-Nominee as President-Elect, ex officio
Dr. Frank Palmaccio will be the second Alternate Delegate-Nominee as the NYSDA Trustee, ex-officio, provided that
Dr. Palmaccio is elected as Trustee.

The Council confirms that the following nine individuals qualify to serve as NCDS Directors (eight positions
available): *
Dr. Sheryl Silverstein
Dr. Edwin Ginsberg
Dr. James Fitzgerald
Dr. Edward Perlow
Dr. Fabiola Milord
Dr. Katayoon Noroozi-Leibowitz
Dr. Michael Shreck
Dr. Ashish Sahasrabudhe
Dr. Rahul Gupta

*Note: At the November 5, 2018 General Membership and Elections meeting, there will be a vote. The top vote-getters fill
the eight open director positions with terms expiring December 31, 2021. The individual with the lowest vote fills
Dr. Howard Baylarian’s remaining term expiring 2019, provided that Dr. Baylarian is elected Vice President. If Dr. Frank
Palmaccio is elected as Trustee, then his remaining term expiring 2020 becomes an open director position to be filled.

The Council confirms that the following individuals qualify to serve as NCDS Alternate Directors:

Dr. Maureen Tredwell
Dr. Anthony Carter

The Council confirms that the following individuals qualify to serve as At-Large Members of the Council on
Nominations:
