My decision to use surveys and interviews stems from the research's need to collect
quantitative and qualitative data. In this way, a comprehensive understanding of the
patient-provider interaction in the clinic can be obtained. Surveys have a good ability 60% 40%
to capture a large volume of responses, so in this research, they were used to quan-
tify interactive perceptions and patient satisfaction levels at different stages of treat-
ment. On the other hand, I used the interviews for a deeper examination of experi-
ences, and views, and for gathering information on the level of interaction in the
physiotherapy process.
