Secondary stakeholder:

The stakeholders relevant to this study can be categorized into two primary groups: primary stakeholders, including patient and physiotherapy providers, and secondary stake-
holders, such as clinic managers. Primary stakeholders, particularly patients, play a crucial role as recipients of treatment, thereby rendering their experiences and perspective
indispensable for understanding the efficacy and impact of physiotherapy intervention. Equally significant are physiotherapy providers, who administer these treatments and
directly interact with patients, thereby influencing the quality of care delivery and patient outcomes. On the other hand, secondary stakeholders, exemplified by clinic manager,
stand to benefit from enhanced patient-provider interaction and improved treatment procedure, as these elements contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of clinic
operations and management.
