Key Themes
The findings from my thematic analysis and affinity diagram opened my eyes to different aspects of patient-provider interaction, their expectations, and suggestions. They provided me
with a thorough understanding of the workings of the physiotherapy treatment process and highlighted specific areas that could be better.
