In this phase, a comprehensive comparison was undertaken to assess the interactive touchpoints across the current clinic process and the
three proposed ideas. initially, the touchpoints of the existing process were outlined, followed by a detailed examination of these touchpoints
within the presented ideas. this approach aimed to ensure a thorough understanding of how to maintain fidelity to interactive touchpoints
before embarking on the design phase.
