Chapter Four: Ideation

Final Design Idea

Following a thorough review of the three ideas presented during a

meeting with my lecturers, their invaluable recommendations led

to the realization that integrating elements from all three ideas into
RESEARCH PROJECT
a single cohesive concept was the optimal approach.

Subsequently, I embarked on the process of dissecting each idea

to extract their respective strengths, which were then amalgamat-

ed into the final idea.

The refined and final working hypothesis that guided the prototyp-

ing phase is as follows:

We believe that developing a program to coordinate treatment

and designing a mobile application encompassing various fea-

tures such as a library of therapeutic exercises tailored to the

patient's preferences, treatment provider tracking, the operation

to choose between online and in-person sessions,and

home-based functionality, will lead to an enhanced physiothera-

py treatment journey experience for SETU Clinic's patients. We

will know I am right when user feedback shows improved user sat-

isfaction.
