RESEARCH PROJECT
In the "Results" section, I opted to present the user's weekly results in a chart for easy comparison of exercise adherence
levels and overall pain levels.
Additionally, by offering a training history, users can review their performance over time. This feature also allo5users to
iden6exercises with high pain levels through colour-coded markers, enabling then to seek clarification from their treatment
provider or substitute problematic exercises with alternatives.
