All newsletter submissions will need to be submitted by the 15th of the release
month and the newsletter will be released bimonthly on the 28th. The release date
might slightly alter as needed, depending on the activities during each month.

Community Impact Days and special events will take priority.

Each target/committee will be allowed a maximum of three articles per newsletter.
However, if no articles are submitted, we will replace it with others who have
submitted prior the deadline.

Article information and pictures for the newsletter must have occurred no earlier
than the deadline for the previous newsletter issue deadline.

Due to spacing, the Newsletter Committee reserves the right to edit submitted
articles and photos.
